Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate is the upgraded version of Class 2 Digital Signature Certificate. By Using This Certificate You can Participate/Bid in Any Kind of Online Tenders/Auction across India. To participate in the e-tendering process, every vendor is required to use a Class 3 Digital Signatures Certificate.

Documents required for Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate – Individual

1. Applicant’s Passport size photograph (Signature across photo)

2. PAN Card Copy

3. Address Proof – (Voters ID/Passport/Driving License/Aadhaar Card


NOTE: Signature of the applicant should be in Blue Ink only. All the documents have to be self-attested and also Gazetted Officer or Bank Manager or Head Post Master – Seal and Signature along with the attestation officer Name and Contact number is mandatory on all documents.
